Rosie Cooks: Scorched fish

Hey hey everyone!
 
Yesterday I didn’t feel that great. I don’t know if it was because of the weather, a bad night sleep or just because, but the truth is, I didn’t really feel like cooking and even less eating anything…
 
But I tried my best and decided to at least have dinner and make it a, slightly, healthy one. So I went and took the fish I had gotten a few days earlier and made some veggies as a side dish. Here’s the result….
Well..the only thing I can tell you is, never cook when you don’t feel like it…just heat up a soup or something..because that was really scorched!! I could sit here and tell you it was on purpose…but it wasn’t.. I even told my Mum on the phone and she laughed…I laughed..I guess it might be kinda funny…or not..
 
But hey, at least it didn’t taste all that bad..it was actually good!
And for desert I treated myself to a small pack of gummies…it’s really cool because you can get these for 0.80€ and it’s less than 100g..so if you’re craving something sweet but don’t want to get (and eat) the whole big bag, get one of these babies to satisfy your craving but still be healthy..all in moderation!
