Today I’m sharing with you a go-to recipe that I make all the time. It’s easy, quick to make and you can change the ingredients as you like! It’s Salmon in the oven with veggies of your choice.
- Salmon, or any other fish you want to use
- veggies – I used potatoes and spinach because it’s what we had in hand
You season the salmon as you like, I used some olive oil, lemon juice, salt, fish herbs and garlic. Put it in a foil and close it. Get it in the oven at 180ºC for about 30 to 45min (but keep checking it, depending on the size of the fish it might take less). Cut the potatoes in quarters and boil them in some salt water. Get your spinach (I used frozen one) and put it into a pan with some olive oil and garlic and let it roast.
After the everything is done you can serve it how you like!
This is an easy and healthy dish that I love to make! I love salmon and doing it in the oven is one of my favorite ways to cook it!
