Inspirational Monday #8

Do you guys also know someone who seems to never be happy and always complains about everything? Be it the fact that the waiter didn’t serve them first or that they don’t like someone’s clothes, they always seem to have a complaint about any subject? I like to call these people “Negative Nelly”. And I find it doesn’t actually matter what you do or say, because they always see something negative in everything.stay-away-from-negative-people-they-have-a-problem

Small story: I used to be with someone who, in time, got more and more negative. He would complain about anything, always knew better and everyone else was always doing things wrong in his opinion. It was not only annoying, but it was turning me into someone extremely negative too. Luckily, I noticed it in time and was able to get back to my usual self.

The best thing to do is just get away from this kind of people. If you try talking to them, they will only find more problems and start up a huge drama. And in the long run, it will just make you down and tired of it. Negativity attracts negativity.

Stay away from people that act like this, they will put you down and will influence you as well. Don’t let yourself get down by this kind of people and don’t think they’re your friend. Let’s be honest, if someone talks sh*t about everyone, they’re doing it about you as well – behind you back.

Just be yourself, stay clear of negativity and live your life to the fullest!

That’s so true! But one question must be asked: Is the negativity permanent? Yes? Leave!

Totally agree with you! We all have negative phases or moments in our lives, so you should really see if the person is having one of those phases or lives in a constant negativity world 😉

I’ve definitely encountered Negative Nellies in my life and used to get so bogged down by them. Cutting them out of my life was a wonderful breather.

YES! That’s the best thing to do! Of course, some of them you can’t cut out (family, gf/bf of friends, etc), but if you can, definitely do it!
