Today I want yo make you feel good about yourself!
It took me a long time and tears to be confident in myself, my body and who I am. Sure, I still have days when I feel down and not so sassy and when being confident seems an unsustainable task. But for the most part, I can say I have learned to be very confident in myself.
Whilst before I used to starve myself or go on diets, I have learned to let all of that go and do the best for myself. Instead of hating my body and wanting to go on a diet because of it, I started loving my body and trying to fuel it with good and healthy nutrients. That’s the difference between hating and loving your body. If you keep hating your body, you will fail at every single attempt of being healthy, because you’re doing it for the wrong reasons.
Instead, start loving yourself, accept yourself the way you are. And once you’re at piece with all of your flaws and learned to love them, then you can start trying to change your habits and getting healthy. Because by then you’re not doing it out of hatred, but out of love for your body and to be the best version of yourself.
